KulturBooking is intended for users aged 15 or older. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
You must create an account to book events or build an artist profile. Keep your login details secure and do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you apply to become a facilitator or artist, your account will be reviewed. Approved users may publish events or display a portfolio. Pending or rejected users may still use limited features, such as saving drafts.
Events listed on KulturBooking are created by community members. Booking an event does not guarantee attendance until the event organizer confirms it. Event creators are responsible for the content and accuracy of their listings.
All content you upload must follow our community guidelines. Do not upload harmful, illegal, or abusive material. We reserve the right to remove content or deny access for violations.
KulturBooking may support paid bookings. Payment terms are defined by the event organizer, and cancellations are handled according to the event’s own policy. We are not responsible for disputes between users and event hosts.

KulturBooking owns the platform design, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your own profile content, images, and event descriptions, but you grant us a license to display that content on the platform.
We aim to keep KulturBooking available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, KulturBooking is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or user disputes. Our liability is limited to the extent required by applicable law.
We may change these terms as the product evolves. If we make significant updates, we will notify users through the platform or email.
